Registration Overview
Registration for the East Coast Baseball Summit provides access to one or more of the Summit’s featured experiences. Participants may register for individual events based on their interests and goals.
Whether attending for professional development, learning, networking, family engagement, or simply a love of the game, the Summit offers flexible options designed to serve a variety of audiences throughout the baseball community.
Secure online registration and payment processing will be available through the East Coast Baseball Summit website.

COACH DEVELOPMENT
Coaches Conference
Registration Fee: $225

Registration & Payment
Online registration and secure payment processing will be available through the East Coast Baseball Summit website. Payment processing will be completed through Square Online Checkout.
Registration buttons will connect directly to event-specific Square checkout pages once available. Until then, they direct visitors to this Registration page.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
The East Coast Baseball Summit understands that plans can change.
REFUND SCHEDULE
30 days or more prior to the event: Full refund, less any applicable processing fees
15 to 29 days prior to the event: 50% refund
Within 14 days of the event: Non-refundable
REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
Registration transfers may be permitted at the discretion of Summit organizers and must be requested in writing prior to the event.
PROGRAMMING CHANGES
Changes to presenters, session schedules, programming, or venue arrangements may occur and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
EVENT CANCELLATION & SEVERE WEATHER
The East Coast Baseball Summit will make every reasonable effort to proceed as scheduled.
However, severe weather, public safety concerns, facility closures, travel disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may require changes to the event schedule, venue, format, or programming.
Should it become necessary, Summit organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel any portion of the event to ensure the safety of attendees, presenters, volunteers, and staff.
If the Summit is cancelled in its entirety by the organizers, attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees.
If the Summit is postponed or rescheduled, registrations may be transferred to the new event dates. Additional options will be communicated to registered attendees at that time.
Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses incurred by attendees remain the responsibility of the attendee and are not refundable by the Summit.
Any updates regarding weather-related changes or emergency situations will be communicated through the Summit website, email communications, and official Summit social media channels.
